Sofia also chats with Laura, a driven college student on the autism spectrum who’s not only pursuing multiple degrees, but also learning how to become an EDM DJ. With support from an SNCIL scholarship, Laura attended the 2023 National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) conference in Washington, D.C., where she connected with fellow advocates and found new inspiration to keep chasing her big, multifaceted dreams.
