The second instalment in British Vogue’s A Celebration of Pride series, Jess Kohl’s joyous short film follows Drag Syndrome – a collective of drag kings and queens with Down’s syndrome – on a day trip to RuPaul’s DragCon UK, where they deliver one of their signature life-affirming performances for a jubilant crowd. Seeing this group embracing their most fabulous selves on stage cannot fail to raise a smile. As star drag king Justin Bond puts it: “We are the best.”
